ChromoCure, Genome Research deal

Genome Research will reverse-merge with ChromoCure in a deal ChromoCure said is valued at more than $25 million. Genome Research will assume management of the combined company, which will be known as Genome Research Group. The combined company will use Genome Research's advanced therapeutic modeling protocols and ChromoCure's Chromosomal Scanning Technology for cancer detection, therapy and cure by providing on-demand, real-time cancer progression analysis to monitor and determine efficacy.
