The U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California entered an order dismissing GNS from Chapter 11. The dismissal opens the way for GNS to merge with ISON (see BioCentury, June 9). In the event that the merger is not completed by Jan. 31, 2004, the dismissal order will be vacated, and GNS's Chapter 11 case reinstated. ...
