Trion filed a petition to open insolvency proceedings. The district court in Munich appointed Michael Jaffe from German law firm Kanzlei JAFFE Rechtsanwalte Insolvenzverwalter as preliminary insolvency administrator. Trion said operations and production will continue at full capacity during the search for new investors. The company's 62 employees will receive insolvency compensation payments covering their wages and salaries up until the end of the year. ...
