Resverlogix planning private placement

Resverlogix Corp. (TSX:RVX) plans to raise up to C$17.5 million ($16.9 million) through the sale of up to 14.8 million shares at C$1.18 in a private placement. Eastern Capital Ltd. will purchase 13.2 million shares, which represents a 17.8% stake in Resverlogix following the financing.
