Oracle's Oracle Health Sciences join the Worldwide Innovative Networking (WIN) Consortium. The consortium, which includes 24 academic institutions, was founded by the Institut Gustav Roussey (Villejuif, France) and the M.D. Anderson Cancer Center (Houston, Texas) to seek ways to increase the efficacy of cancer treatments through personalized medicine. Oracle will provide access to its data management, clinical trials, genomics and analytics expertise. Oracle and WIN could not be reached for comment. ...
