BioTime, XenneX deal

BioTime's LifeMap Sciences Inc. subsidiary will acquire XenneX in a stock deal. XenneX shareholders will receive 1.4 million shares, or about 13% common shares of LifeMap. XenneX shareholders will also receive 448,430 shares of BioTime valued at $1.7 million based BioTime's close of $3.69 on April 19, before the deal was announced.
