Becton Dickinson will acquire partner HandyLab. Financial terms were not disclosed. The deal gives Becton full rights to HandyLab's Jaguar molecular diagnostic technology to which Becton plans to add its BD GeneOhm molecular assay and market as BD Max. The deal is expected to close in 1Q10. ...
