Pangea, Marine Biological Laboratory, SRI International deal

Pangea acquired an exclusive license to the EcoCyc database and PathoLogic software developed jointly by SRI and MBL. EcoCyc (Encyclopedia of E. coli Genes and Metabolism) contains information about metabolic pathways and gene sequences in E. coli.
