Fuisz, The Boots Co., McNeil Consumer Products Co., SmithKline, Whitehall-Robins Healthcare deal

FUSE and McNeil, a subsidiary of Johnson & Johnson (New Brunswick, N.J.), discontinued their 1996 agreement to develop rapidly dissolving Flash Dose acetaminophen using FUSE's Shearform Matrix Technology.
