Med BioGene said it and commercialization partner Precision settled all remaining claims under a breach of contract suit filed by Signal Genetics in the Supreme Court for the County of New York. Under the terms of the settlement, Precision will pay Signal and its Respira Health LLC subsidiary an undisclosed amount by Jan. 6, 2014. The terms of the settlement are confidential.
