Capricor Therapeutics deal

Capricor Inc. completed its reverse merger with Nile Therapeutics Inc. The surviving company, Capricor Therapeutics, will begin trading under the symbol "CAPR" on Dec. 20. Under the deal, Capricor stockholders received 2.1 shares of Capricor Therapeutics common stock for every Capricor share held.
