Management tracks: Ironwood reveals board for new companies

Ironwood Pharmaceuticals Inc. (NASDAQ:IRWD) named Mark Currie as incoming president of its spinout Cyclerion Therapeutics Inc. Currie will also join Ironwood's board following the separation, which is on track to occur this half. He is currently Ironwood's SVP, CSO and president of R&D (see "Splitting Ironwood").

Upon the split, Ironwood expects its board to also appoint incoming CEO Mark Mallon, Jon Duane, Marla Kessler and Catherine Moukheibir as new directors. They will join existing Chairperson Julie McHough and existing directors Andrew Dreyfus, Lawrence Olanoff and Edward Owens...
