Management tracks: Barrett joins UroGen

Uro-oncology company UroGen Pharma Ltd. (NASDAQ:URGN) named Elizabeth Barrett as president and CEO. She replaces Ron Bentsur. Last month, Barrett joined the exodus of pharma leaders heading to biotech as she departed Novartis AG (NYSE:NVS; SIX:NOVN) as CEO of oncology. Susanne Schaffert took over as head of Novartis Oncology on Jan. 1 (see "Barrett Joins Pharma Exodus for Biotech").

Christiana Stamoulis will depart immunotherapy company Unum Therapeutics Inc. (NASDAQ:UMRX) as president and CFO at the end of January to become EVP and CFO of Incyte Corp. (NASDAQ:INCY).
