Rexahn, Teva preclinical data

In a mouse xenograft model of lung cancer, thrice-weekly 5 and 10 mg/kg intraperitoneal RX-3117 for 3 weeks significantly inhibited tumor volume by 31.8% and 58.1%, respectively, from baseline to day 38 vs. vehicle-treated controls (p<0.01). The active control gemcitabine also significantly inhibited tumor growth by 76.7% from baseline to day 38 vs. controls (p<0.01). Data were published in the Journal of Medicinal Chemistry. ...
