A judge in the High Court of Delhi ruled that the court does not have jurisdiction to determine if Natco was infringing Teva's process patent, Indian Patent No. 190759, covering multiple sclerosis drug Copaxone glatiramer acetate. The court said there is no affirmation that the patent is being practiced or infringed by Natco within the jurisdiction of the court. Natco said it does not carry on any business within the jurisdiction of the court and that its manufacturing units are presently only in Hyderabad and not in Delhi. The High Court directed Teva to present its accusation of infringement in the appropriate court. Teva could not be reached for details. ...
