Impax said it and Teva settled a suit with Johnson & Johnson's Alza Corp. subsidiary and Ortho-McNeil-Janssen Pharmaceuticals Inc. unit related to an ANDA submitted by Impax and Teva for a generic version of ADHD drug Concerta methylphenidate extended release. Under the settlement, Alza granted Impax and Teva a license to sell generic versions of 18, 27, 36 and 54 mg Concerta on July 14, 2013. ...
