Zoetis financial update

Zoetis said 12.9 million class A common shares were sold at $26 to cover the overallotment from its Jan. 31 IPO, bringing the total offering to $2.6 billion. Zoetis and Pfizer Inc. (NYSE:PFE, New York, N.Y.), which spun out the animal health business, did not raise any money in the offering. Shares after the offering include 99 million class A common stock and 413.9 million class B common stock. Zoetis closed Friday at $33.05. ...
