Cellectis, Servier deal

Servier exercised early a 2014 option from Cellectis to license worldwide rights to develop and commercialize UCART19. Under the original deal, Servier was eligible to exercise the option after Phase I testing. UCART19 is expected to enter Phase I testing next year in acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) and chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL).
