Presidio, Ascletis deal

Presidio granted Ascletis exclusive development and commercialization rights to PPI-668 in China, including Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan. Presidio will retain ex-Chinese rights to the second-generation HCV NS5A protein inhibitor, which is in Phase II testing in the U.S. Ascletis will fund clinical development, manufacturing and commercialization of PPI-668 in China. Presidio will receive an undisclosed upfront and is eligible for development milestones and undisclosed tiered royalties.
