Motolimod: Phase I/II started

The CVC Trials Network began an open-label, dose-escalation, international Phase I/II trial to evaluate subcutaneous motolimod, IV durvalumab ( MEDI4736) and IV pegylated liposomal doxorubicin (PLD) in 28-day cycles in about 53 patients. For the first 3 cycles, patients will receive PLD on day 1, durvalumab and motolimod on day 3 and motolimod on days 10 and 17.
