Genmab raises $181.4 million

Genmab A/S (CSE:GEN; OTCBB:GMXAY) raised DKK998.2 million ($181.4 million) through the sale of 4.6 million shares at DKK217 in a private placement to institutional investors. The price is a 5% discount to Genmab's close of DKK228.50 on Thursday, before the company announced plans to sell up to 5.2 million shares in the offering.
