Durata raises $50.1 million in follow-on

Infectious disease company Durata Therapeutics Inc. (NASDAQ:DRTX) raised $50.1 million through the sale of 7.2 million shares at $7 in a follow-on underwritten by BofA Merrill Lynch; Credit Suisse; Jefferies; JMP Securities; and RBC Capital Markets.
