HYSQ, AFFX settle suits

Hyseq (HYSQ) and Affymetrix (AFFX) said they settled all litigation between the two companies. The companies also will collaborate to develop and commercialize DNA arrays under a newly formed company called N-Mer. According to AFFX, both companies will cease all pending patent interference proceedings and lawsuits and have acknowledged the validity and enforceability of the patents asserted in these lawsuits.
