Markman ruling on arrays

Incyte (INCY) said that the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California issued a Markman ruling in a 1998 suit in which Affymetrix (AFFX) claimed that INCY infringed its U.S. Patents Nos. 5,744,305; 5,445,934; 5,800,992 related to high density DNA arrays made using a solid surface (see BioCentury, Jan. 12 and Sept. 8, 1998).
