Anthem, Lilly call for guidance from FDA, CMS

In two white papers issued Friday, Anthem Inc. (NYSE:ATM) and Eli Lilly and Co. (NYSE:LLY) called on FDA and CMS to issue guidance that the companies said could help rein in drug costs.
