EMA again picks Rasi as executive director

EMA said its management board nominated Guido Rasi as executive director, nearly a year after his appointment was annulled due to a procedural error in the appointment process.

Last November, the European Union Civil Service Tribunal annulled the 2011 appointment of Rasi as executive director due to a conflict of interest among members of the European Commission panel in charge of short listing candidates for the post.
