NIH center suspends drug manufacturing operations

The Pharmaceutical Development Section (PDS) of the NIH Clinical Center in Bethesda, Md., suspended manufacturing operations after an FDA inspection conducted in May found deficiencies in manufacturing procedures and a lack of compliance with standard operating procedures.
