Upton hopes to introduce 21st Century Cures this month

Rep. Fred Upton (R-Mich.) said Tuesday he hopes to introduce a 21st Century Cures bill by the end of April. Upton, the chairman of the House Energy & Commerce Committee, said his staff and the staff of Rep. Diana DeGette (D-Colo.) "have spent countless hours negotiating over the last few months on policy language."
