Obama's budget includes rejected provisions

President Obama's FY16 budget proposal recycles proposals from his previous budget requests to negotiate Medicare Part D drug prices, reduce the exclusivity period for biologics to seven from the current 12 years, and impose rebates on Part D drugs sold to Medicare recipients who are eligible for Medicaid.
