Rockefeller to seek rebates for dual-eligibles

A spokesperson for Sen. Jay Rockefeller (D-W.Va.) said he plans to reintroduce legislation "in the near future" that would impose rebates on drug companies on drugs sold to "dual-eligibles" -- individuals who receive both Medicaid and drug coverage through Medicare.
