Array raises $115M in bumped-up follow-on

Array BioPharma Inc. (NASDAQ:ARRY) raised $115 million through the sale of 18.4 million shares at $6.25 in a follow-on underwritten by JPMorgan, Cowen, Stifel, Wells Fargo Securities and SunTrust.
