Agios raises $150M in follow-on

Agios Pharmaceuticals Inc. (NASDAQ:AGIO) raised $150 million through the sale of 3.4 million shares at $44.50 in a follow-on underwritten by JPMorgan, Goldman Sachs, and Cowen.
