Flagship names Rosenblatt CMO

Flagship Ventures hired Michael Rosenblatt as its first CMO. He had been EVP and CMO at Merck & Co. Inc. (NYSE:MRK) since 2009.

Flagship said Rosenblatt will engage in the conception and launch of new companies. The firm expects him to hold several board seats.
