Spark raises $112.5M in follow-on

Gene therapy play Spark Therapeutics Inc. (NASDAQ:ONCE) raised $112.5 million through the sale of 2.5 million shares at $45 in a follow-on underwritten by JPMorgan, Cowen, RBC Capital, Stifel and SunTrust.

Selling shareholder The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) raised $45 milion through the sale of 1 million Spark shares in the offering. The research hospital spun out Spark in 2013. ...
