Sarepta raises $37.5M in follow-on

Sarepta Therapeutics Inc. (NASDAQ:SRPT) raised $37.5 million in a follow-on underwritten by Credit Suisse and Robert W. Baird. Sarepta told BioCentury the company sold 2.1 million shares at $18.70, the high end of the proposed range of $18.10-$18.70.

The company proposed the offering after market close Wednesday, when its shares were valued at $19.44. Sarepta gained $1.55 to $20.99 on Thursday. ...
