Allergan, Pfizer won't speculate on new inversion rules

Allergan plc (NYSE:AGN) lost $41 (15%) to $236.55 and Pfizer Inc. (NYSE:PFE) gained $0.64 to $31.36 on Tuesday, a day after the U.S. Treasury issued temporary regulations on tax inversions that could affect the companies' pending merger.
