Forbion closes EUR 75M co-investment fund for FCF II

Forbion Capital Partners closed its FCF II Co-Investment Fund I at EUR 75 million ($83.7 million). The fund's LPs include Coller Capital; Hamilton Lane; KLP; and additional undisclosed investors.

Forbion will invest the fund in up to six existing portfolio companies from the firm's FCF II fund. Managing partner Sander Slootweg said it will target later stage, de-risked companies that are close to an exit. ...
