Shanghai Pharma forming healthcare fund

Shanghai Pharmaceuticals Holding Co. Ltd. (HKSE:02607; Shanghai:601607) partnered with Shanghai Real Power Capital Co. Ltd. to form a fund that will invest in medical e-commerce, therapeutics, medical equipment and other healthcare companies.
