ADHD company Neos up after $72M IPO

Neos Therapeutics Inc. (NASDAQ:NEOS) gained $4.54 (30%) to $19.54 in its first day of trading Thursday after raising $72 million through the sale of 4.8 million shares at $15 in an upsized IPO underwritten by UBS; BMO Capital Markets; RBC Capital Markets; and JMP Securities. The price valued Neos at $217.3 million; the company ended Thursday with a market cap of $283.1 million.

Neos filed last month to raise up to $69 million. Last week, it said it hoped to sell 4 million shares at $15, which would have raised $60 million and valued the company at $205.3 million. ...
