Baxalta raises $5B in notes offering ahead of spinout

The Baxalta Inc. subsidiary of Baxter International Inc. (NYSE:BAX) raised $5 billion in a senior notes offering.
The offering includes $375 million in 2% notes due 2018, $1 billion in 2.875% notes due 2020, $500 million in 3.6% notes due 2022, $1.8 billion in 4% notes due 2025, $1 billion in 5.25% notes due 2045 and $375 million in floating rate notes due 2018. ...
