Organovo raises $40.1M in follow-on

Organovo Holdings Inc. (NYSE-M:ONVO) raised $40.1 million through the sale of 9.4 million shares at $4.25 in a follow-on underwritten by Jefferies; Piper Jaffray; and Cantor Fitzgerald.
