Follow-on roundup: Dyax, Prothena

Dyax Corp. (NASDAQ:DYAX) and Prothena Corp. plc (NASDAQ:PRTA) raised $321.9 million in follow-on offerings on Wednesday.

Dyax raised $199.8 million through the sale of 7.4 million shares at $27 in a deal underwritten by BofA Merrill Lynch; Cowen; RBC Capital Markets; Needham; and Wedbush PacGrow. Dyax proposed the offering after market on Monday when its shares closed at $28.61. The stock gained $2.40 to $30.45 on Wednesday.
