Kythera raises $125M in follow-on

Kythera Biopharmaceuticals Inc. (NASDAQ:KYTH) raised $125 million through the sale of 2.6 million shares at $48 in a follow-on underwritten by Goldman Sachs; BofA Merrill Lynch; Leerink; and Cowen. Kythera proposed the offering on Monday after market close, when its shares were valued at $51.17.
