TherapeuticsMD raises $55M in follow-on

Women's health company TherapeuticsMD Inc. (NYSE-M:TXMD) raised $55 million through the sale of 13.6 million shares at $4.05 in a follow-on offering underwritten by Cowen; Stifel; and Guggenheim Securities.
