Woodford planning L200M fund

Woodford Investment Management LLP plans to raise L200 million ($300.9 million) to launch Woodford Patient Capital Trust plc, a fund expected to be listed on the LSE. The fund will invest in 50-100 companies, primarily in the U.K. Its portfolio will include mid- to large cap, early growth and early stage companies, including some private companies.
