Bone Therapeutics raises EUR 32.2M in IPO

Regenerative medicine play Bone Therapeutics S.A. (Euronext:BOTHE) raised EUR 32.2 million ($36.5 million) through the sale of 2 million shares at EUR 16 in an IPO, giving it a market cap of EUR 104.8 million ($118.7 million). The company expects to begin trading Friday on Euronext Brussels and Euronext Paris. Underwriters are Bryan, Garnier; Kepler Cheuvreux; and Bank Degroof.

Last month, Bone said all four patients receiving a single percutaneous administration of its allogeneic osteoblastic cell therapy Allob met the primary endpoints in a Phase I/IIa trial to treat delayed-union fractures of long bones, with three patients healing completely.
