Forward Pharma sets range for big IPO

Forward Pharma A/S (Copenhagen, Denmark) amended its IPO on NASDAQ and now plans to sell 9.5 million ADSs at $20-$22. At the $21 midpoint, the company would raise $200 million and be valued at $941.6 million. It filed to raise up to $200 million in August (see BioCentury, Aug. 18).
