Ophthalmic play Pixium sets terms for Euronext IPO

Pixium Vision S.A. (Paris, France) proposed to sell 3.6 million shares at EUR 8.28-EUR 10.12 in an IPO on Euronext Paris and a private placement to institutional investors outside of the U.S. At the EUR 9.20 midpoint, the company would raise EUR 33.3 million ($45.4 million) and be valued at EUR 106.6 million ($145 million). Societe Generale is global coordinator, lead manager and bookrunner. Jefferies is joint lead manager and bookrunner, and Gilbert Dupont is co-lead manager.
