Corium sets IPO range

Drug delivery company Corium International Inc. (Menlo Park, Calif.) amended its IPO on NASDAQ and now plans to sell 5.5 million shares at $10-$12. At the $11 midpoint, the company would raise $60.5 million and be valued at $183.8 million. Jefferies; Leerink; Needham; and FBR are underwriters. Corium developed two transdermal drug delivery technologies: MicroCor, a biodegradable microstructure patch technology to deliver biologics; and Corplex, an adhesive system and patch technology to deliver small molecules.
