Receptos raises $102.1 million in bumped-up follow-on

Receptos Inc. (NASDAQ:RCPT) raised $102.1 million through the sale of 3.3 million shares at $30.75 in a bumped-up follow-on underwritten by Credit Suisse; Leerink; BMO Capital Markets; and Wedbush PacGrow. Receptos first proposed to raise up to $75 million in the offering in December, when its share price was $28.37. On Monday, the company said it planned to sell 2.8 million shares in the follow-on.
